User agreement for utilizing the IO-Link Community’s “IO-Link inside” logo

1. The IO-Link Community authorizes the end user of devices with an IO-Link-compatible interface to use the attached “IO-Link inside” logos free of charge. The graphic and the lettering constitute a single logo (hereinafter referred to as the “logo”) and can only be used together.

2. The user agreement enters into effect upon downloading of the logo and remains valid within the scope of the logo’s use. 

3. The end user acknowledges and shall comply with the following terms of use.

4. The logo may be used free of charge.

5. The logo may only be used on machines, machine parts or components if the components are built with an IO-Link-compatible interface. All such devices built with an IO-Link interface must be compliant with the IO-Link specification.

6. When the logo is used in the internet, it must be linked to the www.io-link.com portal.

7. The logo may not be used in any way that is damaging to the reputation or image of the IO-Link Community. Such behavior will result in the immediate termination of this agreement.

8. The IO-Link Community assumes no liability for claims arising from the use of the logo by the agreement partner / end user.

9. The logo may not be changed in its form, composition or color. It can be used in the variants of black and white. When the size of the logo is enlarged or reduced, the proportions must remain unchanged. No individual component of the logo (the graphic or the lettering) may be used separately.
